The BCCI has announced today the official partner for the Indian Premier League. The official partner is now going to be taking over the IPL’s fantasy app.
They are a local Indian startup that had 300,000 people in 2004. It grew to 51 Million users in 2019.
The IPL has officially partnered with Dream11.
Dream11 is taking over the official fantasy game of the IPL. They were built off of the popular success of the league. The 2018 season alone brought in over 30 million users for the company.
This startup is most likely to be India’s biggest gaming company and a global tech powerhouse. They even brought on IPL cricket celebrity MS Dhoni as the ambassador.
They operate much like a Fanduel or DraftKings. Offering daily fantasy cricket games. Where you can pick lineups and win cash.
It’s most likely going to become a very popular betting option for Indians. Especially now that they’ve partnered with the IPL.
Now we have not reviewed Dream11’s platform or betting service. Have you played it? Would you like us to test it out and review it?
